These General Terms of Use (GTU) define the conditions and terms of use of the Talqo platform, a recruitment management software (Applicant Tracking System - ATS) accessible online.

Use of the Talqo platform implies full acceptance of these GTU. If you do not accept them, you must not use the service.

Professional use only

The Talqo service is reserved for professional use only. Access is strictly limited to companies and organizations in the context of their recruitment activities.

Commercial contract

Access to the service is conditional on the conclusion of a commercial contract between Talqo and the client company. Commercial conditions are defined in the General Terms of Sale (GTS).

Access suspension

Talqo reserves the right to suspend access to the service in case of contractual violation, use not in accordance with these GTU, or non-payment of invoices.

Account creation

To access the platform, each user must create an account with a valid professional email address. The user commits to providing accurate and up-to-date information.

Account security

The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. They must immediately notify Talqo in case of loss, theft or unauthorized use of their account.

Account linked to company

Each user account is associated with a client company. Access to data is limited to the data of the company to which the user belongs.

Available features

The Talqo platform offers the following features in particular:

• Application management and Kanban pipeline
• Artificial intelligence: CV parsing, adequacy scoring, semantic search
• Job posting on career site (ATS to career site)
• Candidate messaging
• Dashboards and analytics
• Recruitment process management
• Custom career site (depending on subscribed plan)

Service availability

Talqo strives to ensure service availability 24/7, subject to maintenance operations. Talqo cannot be held responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure or necessary maintenance.

The Talqo platform offers different access levels depending on the user role:

• Staff

  Read-only access to assigned applications

• Recruiter

  Access to all applications, assignment management, Kanban use

• Admin

  Full management: applications, job offers, processes, team

• Super Admin

  Full administrative access with multi-company management

Role assignment is performed by the client company administrator. Talqo does not intervene in the management of permissions internal to each company.

Compliant use

The user commits to using the platform in accordance with its purpose and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, particularly regarding personal data protection (GDPR).

Personal data

The client company is responsible for processing the personal data of candidates collected via the platform. It must ensure GDPR compliance and obtain necessary consents.

Security

The user commits not to attempt unauthorized access to the service, not to disrupt its operation, and not to use automated means to extract data.

It is strictly prohibited to:

• Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Reproduce, copy or resell the service without authorization
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Transmit viruses, malicious code or any harmful elements
• Use robots, automated scripts or scraping tools
• Share credentials with third parties
• Use the service to harass, discriminate or infringe on the rights of others

Suspension by Talqo

Talqo reserves the right to immediately suspend access to the service in case of violation of these GTU, non-payment, or fraudulent use, without notice or refund.

Cancellation by client

The client can cancel their subscription at any time, without notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is due for the current period.

Data retention

In case of cancellation, the client has 30 days to export their data. After this period, the data may be permanently deleted.

Talqo's property

The software, interface, source code, Talqo brand and all platform elements are the exclusive property of Talqo and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Usage license

Talqo grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license, limited to the duration of the subscription, to use the platform in the context of their recruitment activities.

Client data

The client retains ownership of all data they enter into the platform (applications, offers, etc.). Talqo commits not to use this data for purposes other than providing the service.

Talqo, software provider

Talqo acts as a software provider (software publisher) and not as a recruiter. Talqo provides a recruitment management tool but does not intervene in recruitment decisions.

Limitation of liability

Talqo is not responsible for:

• Content entered by client companies
• Recruitment decisions made by client companies
• The quality or accuracy of information provided by candidates
• Indirect damages or loss of profits resulting from use of the service

Client responsibility

The client is responsible for the data they process, the decisions they make regarding candidates, and compliance with applicable legislation (GDPR, labor law, non-discrimination, etc.).

Talqo reserves the right to modify these GTU at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new GTU. In case of disagreement, the client can cancel their subscription.
