Access to the service is conditional on a contract between Talqo and the client company.

Talqo reserves the right to suspend access in case of contractual violation or use not in accordance with the terms of use.

Talqo acts as a software provider (software publisher) and not as a recruiter.

Talqo is not responsible for:

• Content entered by client companies
• Recruitment decisions made by client companies
• The quality or accuracy of information provided by candidates

The client is responsible for the data they process and the decisions they make regarding candidates.

The software, interface, source code and Talqo brand are the exclusive property of Talqo.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the service elements, by any means or process, is prohibited without prior written authorization from Talqo.

Any unauthorized use of the service or its content engages the user's responsibility and may result in legal proceedings.
