General Terms of Sale

These General Terms of Sale (GTS) define the commercial conditions applicable to all subscriptions to the Talqo platform.

Purpose

These General Terms of Sale (GTS) define the commercial conditions applicable to the sale of subscriptions to the Talqo platform, a recruitment management software (ATS) accessible online.

Any subscription order implies full acceptance of these GTS. The GTS prevail over any other document, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Talqo.

Talqo offers three subscription plans:

Pricing changes

Talqo reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes apply to new subscriptions. Existing customers retain their pricing for the duration of their commitment, unless notified otherwise with 30 days notice.

Payment Terms

Payment methods

Payment is made exclusively by credit card via the secure Stripe payment system. Accepted cards are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

Monthly payment

For monthly subscriptions, payment is made monthly by direct debit from the registered credit card. The first payment is made upon subscription.

Failed payment

In case of payment failure, Talqo will attempt to collect the payment for 7 days. If payment definitively fails, access to the service will be suspended until the invoice is settled.

Billing

Invoice issuance

An invoice is automatically generated and sent by email with each payment. Invoices are available in the customer portal on the platform.

Billing information

The customer commits to providing accurate and up-to-date billing information. Any changes must be communicated to Talqo as soon as possible.

VAT

Prices are expressed in euros, all taxes included (VAT applicable according to current legislation). For customers outside France, VAT may vary according to local legislation.

Career Site

Career Site Option

Customers can subscribe to a Custom Career Site option which includes:

  • A dedicated customizable website (colors, logo, visual identity)
  • Automatic connection with the Talqo platform
  • Mobile optimization

Pricing

Outside Premium (where the careers site is included in the plan), the custom careers site is provided under a written quote: scope, terms, and billing are agreed after a meeting with Talqo. No list price is published for this add-on on the website.

Premium includes the careers site under the plan terms, with no separate add-on charge for that option.

Commitment and Cancellation

No commitment

All Talqo subscriptions are commitment-free. The customer can cancel their subscription at any time, without notice or cancellation fee.

Cancellation terms

Cancellation can be made from the customer portal or by email to the Talqo contact address. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is due for the current period.

Cancellation by Talqo

Talqo reserves the right to cancel the subscription in case of non-payment, violation of the Terms of Use, or fraudulent use of the service.

Refund

Refund policy

Due to the nature of the service (online software), no refund is due for monthly or annual subscriptions, unless there is a billing error attributable to Talqo.

Withdrawal period

In accordance with applicable legislation, the customer has 14 days from subscription to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided they have not used the service during this period.

Pricing Changes

Talqo reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes apply to new subscriptions. Existing customers are notified by email with a minimum 30 days notice. In case of a price increase, the customer can cancel their subscription without charge during the notice period.

Warranties

Service availability

Talqo strives to ensure service availability 24/7. However, Talqo cannot guarantee absolute availability due to necessary maintenance operations and force majeure events.

Hosted in France šŸ‡«šŸ‡·

All data is hosted in West EU (Paris, eu-west-3 region) šŸ‡«šŸ‡· via Supabase (database) and AWS, guaranteeing full GDPR compliance.

Customer support

Customer support is included in all plans. Support is accessible by email. Response times may vary depending on the subscribed plan.
